i've never worked out before. What should I expect the first time we meet?
Everyone starts somewhere! I certainly didn't know what I was doing when I first started. Whatever season of life you are in, I will meet you where you are. I will teach you what to do, how to do it, and what muscles you are working. The first time we meet is free. _____________
Where do you train clients at?
I have a private gym, I can meet you at your house or we can meet at a public gym!
What if I don't feel comfortable meeting you at my/your house?
I completely understand. I am all about safety, so we can meet in a public place the first time!
I don't have any gym equipment..
Do not worry! I can bring my equipment!
Can I bring my kid(s)?
Yes! Please do! Just give me a heads up and bring their favorite toy/book/iPad.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes! The more people, the more discounted your session is!
Can I bring my pet(s)?
Please, dont.
Will I get bulky?
Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
Not unless you want to. And even then, it's a process.
DO YOU DO ONLINE TRAINING?
I have a weird schedule. Can we still meet?
If for some reason our schedules don't align, I also offer online training!
What if I don't like you?
Haha then you absolutely don't have to train with me! You are not stuck in a contract. Just let me know (politely) that you are not interested in training.
I have aches and pains. Can I still workout?
If you sprained/broke something, no. I suggest going to a hospital. If its your "usual aches and pains" then I recommend working out to help lengthen/strengthen and become more mobile! The more you move, the less you hurt!
What are your payment options?
I can take cash, check, transfer through Paypal, Venmo, Facebook, USAA or BOA.
What are your certifications?
I have a college degree and two certifications through The American Council on Exercise and The National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. I am also CPR/AED Certified with The American Red Cross/American Safety Training Institue.
I am currently working on going back to school to become a physical therapist and furthering my education in American Sign Language. I hope to soon be working in gyms with the deaf community.
